I am a male, of unknown age, unknown height, and unknown face. I want to lose weight and be the fittest I have ever been. I live in the U.S. and I don’t feel comfortable having my “before” picture associated with my real identity for reasons I shall keep to myself. I may “come out” of the paper bag one day, and I may not.
I need this blog to stay accountable to my goals, objectives and desires. Won’t you join me on this journey? I hope to inspire others who are shy, bashful, and introverted in their efforts to lose weight. I’ll try to make it worth your while to follow along.
