So many of us paint by the numbers when designing our weight-loss program. Numbers, measurements, circumference, percentages. How about painting with the right side of the brain. Intuition, impressions, emotions, and wholeness. Here’s sketchy version of my ideal. Finger painting my way to success while I wait for the real thing.
Where am I going with this? I don’t know. But my new playtoy, Photoshop’s smudge tool, let’s me imagine what might be. And pushing pixels is sometimes easier than push-ups. But you benefit from my avoidance. Right?
