Losing Atkins-like Weight without cutting Carbs. The Slow-Carb Diet.

fhwwFinally, a diet that works. I’ve been on this for two weeks and I’m happy. It is non-measuring, filling, and nutritious. I can also see myself staying on it for life. It may seem boring for most people but it gives me the anchor I’ve been looking for. It also incorporates the “day off” I need.

I’ve found that while on a caloricly restrictive diet, EODF in my case, my eating abilities can meet the deficit created by fasting. It was seeming like binge-purge. With this plan, I’m getting a filling healthy blitz on my eating phases.
