True story. Raced home to type this in. Driving all day with no food. Forgot to prepare. Stopped at McDevilsl, the only option in small town tonight. My total at the drive-up was 6.66. I did a double take. I saw the Omen movies. The mark of the beast. I smiled a wry smile. McDevils indeed!!!
But it gets better. I pull around to the nice lady at the cash register. She says, “I noticed the total on your order so I keyed it in as 6.65 because, you know, the other number is not a good number.
